Order processing time typically takes 24~48 hours after order is received, not including holiday hours. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order immediately due to product availability issues, we will inform you by e-mail and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund or select an alternative date or product.
Shipping cost depends on the order value and the destination, and will be calculated at time of check.
Order with $49.99 USD, before applicable taxes and shipping, from most urban centers in USA and Canada is subject to free shipping.
Orders with value at $300 USD or more require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available when carrier attempt the deliver, USPS / Canada Post will reroute the shipment to a nearest postal pick up location upon presentation of a government-issued photo identification.
