Return & Exchange Policy
- If you’re unhappy with your TechXGoods purchase for any reason you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your order. An RMA (return material authorization) number is required; click here for online return request and return shipping instructions. Items that are opened, damaged or returned more than 30 days after being ordered maybe subject to a restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Wearable items are not returnable.
- Exchange is available pending on inventory availability.
- No return for refunds, exchanges, credit or replacement are accepted on Special Order Items except when they are found dead on arrival.
- The return period is calculated starting from the date the product was shipped.
- TechXGoods will help facilitate the return of defective product(s) to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at no cost to our customer within the first year, unless otherwise specified.
- Some manufacturers may require customers to contact them directly for warranty support.
- Physical damages, modifying, altering or using a product outside its factory parameters will void its warranty and is not covered under standard warranty policy.
